Our designers will start working on your costume immediately once the payment is received. There is no way to cancel an order after the order is placed. So please make a decision carefully. Order Cancellations

All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 30% of the item price.
